Our families face many challenges in adapting to life in the United States. Leaving all that is familiar and establishing a new life here is a demanding, often confusing, and sometimes emotionally challenging undertaking. Our volunteers\n step in to assist families directly or advocate for them in a variety of ways. Providing help can be as simple as conducting an on-line search for housing, making a phone call to a medical provider to ask about insurance coverages,\n or preparing a resume for a new job opportunity.
