Dental health among our new arrivals has been largely neglected for many years because of situational circumstances, such as lack of dental care in cities under siege or in refugee camps. Consequently, many minor dental issues have become more complicated matters requiring more complex solutions. Some Syrian children, teens and young adults, for example, know that smiling will expose their missing teeth. Your donation will help provide dental fixes for those most in need, since many dental solutions\u2014some requiring an orthodontist or an oral surgeon\u2014are not covered by insurance and any out-of-pocket payments are cost-prohibitive.
